New Rules of Professional Conduct Go into Effect Later This Year - Are You Ready?

The California Supreme Court has approved a comprehensive rewrite of California's Rules of Professional Conduct. The Los Angeles County Bar Association's Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee (PREC) is presenting several programs without charge throughout Los Angeles County to help lawyers prepare for practicing under these new rules, which go into effect on November 1, 2018. Each program is entitled to1.5 hours of general CLE credit, including ethics credit.
